Use of Zap-Kapow and any associated data services is based upon the acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms listed within these Terms of Service your use of Zap-Kapow and any associated data services must end immediatly. Bam Ninja LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time with or without notice. You shall not modify, tamper with, or in anyway reverse engineer the Zap-Kapow software or associated data services. You shall not access the Zap-Kapow pricing data service except as authorized through the Zap-Kapow software. You shall not download, cache, archive, index, or in any other way store any data acquired through Zap-Kapow or its associated data services.

Zap-Kapow, the Zap-Kapow logo, Bam Ninja, and the Bam Ninja logo are Trademark ™ and Copyright © 2013 Bam Ninja LLC, all rights reserved. All cover images, title names, characters, and other bibliographic data Copyright and Trademark of their respective owners, and are used under Fair Use for identification and reference purposes only, and Bam Ninja LLC makes no claims of ownership. All pricing data based soley on speculation and is subject to change without notice; Pricing data Copyright © 2013 Bam Ninja LLC, all rights reserved.

3. Limitation of Warranties
Zap-Kapow and any associated data services are provided "as is" with no warranties either expressed or implied. Bam Ninja LLC makes no warranty or claim that use of Zap-Kapow or its associated services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Additionally Bam Ninja LLC makes no warranty or claim that the pricing and bibliographic data provided is acquirate and error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise explicitly stated, in no event will Bam Ninja LLC be liable for any loss of income or damages resulting from the use of Zap-Kapow or its associated data services. You also acknowledge that pricing data is based soley on speculation and is only meant as a estimate of a comic's approximate value. Any pricing displayed in Zap-Kapow does not represent an offer to purchase and is solely for reference purposes.

5. Privacy
Bam Ninja LLC collects information for the purpose of restricting price guide usage, access auditing, and anonymous usage statistics. Access to the Zap-Kapow service requires the transmission of a device identifier to allow for access to each client's purchased price guide. The device identifier does not personally identify the owner and/or operator of the client device, and no such personally identifying information is ever transmitted to Bam Ninja LLC.

6. Software/Price Guide Updates
Occasionally price guide updates will require the update of the Zap-Kapow software. Continued use of Zap-Kapow requires that you make every effort possible to keep your installation of Zap-Kapow updated. Price guide updates are generally available monthly, however Bam Ninja LLC makes no warranty or claim as to when or how often price guide updates will be released.
